This year marks our second year partnering with Jose, who’s farm resides in Colombia's Huila region. This region is spectacular, known for its exceptional coffee growing climate. We've built a pretty open communication channel with Jose, allowing transparency in our relationship from both sides. Jose is doing some really cool work, such as planting new varietals at specific elevations for optimal temperatures for those specific plants. A true innovator, Jose is also experimenting with cutting-edge and new processing methods that we can't wait to taste and share with you! Adding to this, we now have a detailed map of Jose's farm, letting us pinpoint the exact location where this particular Pink Bourbon lot was grown. It's clear that Jose is passionate about his work and we're thrilled to continue working with him.
