Refund policy

Returns:
For Merchandise, Apparel, and Brewing Gear:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. For returns of unused, undamaged items in their original packaging, please do so within 30 days.

Please note, used items will not be refunded. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. For international returns of damaged goods, we can replace the item, but the customer is responsible for shipping costs. Contact us at hello.daylilycoffee@gmail.com for assistance.

For Coffee Beans:

We understand that preferences vary. If you're not satisfied with your coffee or wish to cancel a subscription due to dissatisfaction, please contact us at hello.daylilycoffee@gmail.com. We will work with you to find a resolution.
