Pacamara is one of El Salvador's best-known coffee varieties, developed by crossing Pacas and Maragogipe. It is prized for producing distinctive coffees and has become an important part of the country's specialty coffee identity.

This lot is picked during the December–March harvest, carefully washed, and dried after harvest. Grown between 1,200 and 1,800 meters, it comes from the network of small producers that make up Chalatenango's coffee landscape.
